MEET MONTREENA HADLEY
Montreena W. Hadley is a proud resident of Mebane, North Carolina. She was born in North Carolina and has worked in local government for over 30 years. For the past 19 years, Montreena worked for the City of Mebane as a Director and Officer in the Planning Department and just recently retired from this role.

Montreena has a Master's of Public Administration from NC Central University and a B.A. in Public Administration from Shaw University. Additionally, she is a North Carolina Certified Zoning Official, has a Municipal Administration Certificate from UNC-CH, and attended the UNC-CH Community Development Academy. In 2016, she was recognized as Member of the Year by the NC Association of Zoning Officials.

In addition to her successful, dedicated career in government, Montreena is also a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

Montreena Hadley is running for Mebane City Council because she knows the importance of making sure all residents have a voice in their government. Mebane needs a city council member with experience in local government and city planning. Montreena has the experience and passion needed to move Mebane forward by promoting positive growth, maintaining adequate infrastructure, and supporting the city's residents, departments, and employees.
